Hugo Quarteu

Hugo holds a Master’s degree in Political Science and has a keen passion for learning and
sharing knowledge. During his studies in Portugal, Italy and Belgium, he participated in
academic groups and EU-funded projects that brought together students and professors
from across Europe to share and co-create learning experiences.
At the Université libre de Bruxelles’ Policy Lab, he gained hands-on experience in project
management, working to make health and social rights more accessible to marginalised
communities in Brussels. His curiosity and passion for education led him to join the EPA
team as EU Projects Assistant, supporting the implementation of EU-funded projects on
parental education, media literacy and social inclusion.
