Aivar Haller

Aivar Haller lives with a wife and three children in Estonia and has devoted longer periods of his life to sports, theatre, entrepreneurship and educational innovation. Over the course of thirty-five years, he has been a mentor to many top athletes and leaders. Thoroughly studied various theories of organizational development, and also successfully applied them to life. He has helped to build a number of companies and organizations and supported them in achieving results worthy of attention in society. Actively participates in the work of a number of government committees and expert panels. Estonian Business School Executive MBA and ESG lecturer. From 2017 to 2023, member of the board and vice-president of the European Parents’ Association (EPA). Since 2024, Ambassador of the EPA and Honorary Member of the Estonian Parents’ Association.
